There are different ways that you can help and support the company. Each would make a fantastic difference to our work...

Prayer

There are many things that you can pray for and by doing so - you will be helping our company !

• That the Boys will come to know Jesus as their Saviour
• That they will grow into Christian Manliness
• That the Captain will be given wisdom, leadership and vision
• That the staff will be enthused for their work, well prepared, full of ideas and an encouragement to each other
• That new members of staff can be located
• That the company will continue to grow and in doing so reach out to even more members and advance the Kingdom further ...

Financial Help

The company exists through voluntary donations or money and time.

Anyone wanting to contribute, could send a cheque made payable to '2nd Bedford Boys Brigade Company' to our HQ at Brickhill Baptist Church, marked for the attention of the Boys' Brigade.

Any donation would be most gratefully received.

Be a Helper

• Could you spare 30, 60, 90 minutes a week ?
• Do you have enthusiasm, patience, want to learn new skills ?
• Are you any good at crafts, cooking, sports, music, hobbies... the list is endless - everyone is good at something.

Many people think they can't help, they have no skills, they put themselves down, think they couldn't possibly do it. My advice is to set that video recorder, give the couch a miss and give it a try - you never know until you try !

We are continually hearing of companies that close because there are no more leaders to lead. And its a phenomenon that is affecting other youth groups too. People don't want to give up their time anymore - so go on, buck the trend, make a positive contribution to your community...

Be an Officer

An officer is a committed Christian, enrolled by the Church and the Brigade and is someone who is trained and seeks to fulfil the BB object with every member. They are the drive behind the company.
